Damaged or Defective Items
We will replace damaged or defective items after investigation.
To request a replacement:
contact us within 7 days of delivery
email admin@naenes.com
include your order number
include clear photos or video of the damaged item
keep original packaging during the investigation
If damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement of the same item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item due to our error:
contact us within 7 days of delivery
we will replace the incorrect item with the correct one
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Naenes is not responsible for carrier-marked “delivered” packages
Naenes is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout
